I work from a studio in South London, throwing unique and contemporary ceramics on the potters wheel.
My philosophy is to create ceramic pieces that can be cherished on a visual and functional level. Each piece is designed with their function in mind, so that using them becomes a pleasurable experience.
I am highly influenced by the actual throwing process itself, it is integral to every form I create and is evident in every finished piece. The presence of deep thrown lines echo the motion of the wheel while the silky shimmer of the satin glaze resonates wet porcelain.
