My work is mostly wheel - thrown with some handbuilding incorporated. I use stoneware clay due to its durability and versatile nature to produce rough volcanic finishes with contrasting vivid dry bright barium glazes. I produce elevated stemmed vessels, birdbaths and platters - all are functional one - off pieces.
Elements of ancient artefacts are present in my work and reference is also drawn from garden ornamentation.
