I am particularly interested in hand-built sculptural and decorative forms. The outdoor ones are designed to complement small gardens in earth-related colours, the indoor decorative objects tend to be informal and exuberant.
I work in stoneware, terracotta and paperclay and sometimes mixed colours and textures of clay, usually oxidation-fired and whenever possible decorative objects are Raku-fired.

Qualifications
I began my work in ceramics in Adult Education evening classes, and after retiring studied in a variety of London ceramics courses and was taught by Helen Hattori, Mo Abdalla and Kenneth Menczer among others.
