Music, seascape and natural form are my main inspirations. Working in bone china and porcelain, individual handbuilt vessels are improvised using thinly rolled sheets of clay, giving a sense of folding, unfolding, scrolling and unfurling. These translucent sculptural forms, fired in an electric kiln, range in size from 10 to 40cm in height.
