Emmanuel Cooper's lecture on the "forgotten generation" of London Potters was our best attended event of recent years. As we expected the talk was informative, thought provoking and entertaining. It concentrated on potters generally working outside the Leach tradition and surprisingly cast Picasso as an important and innovative influence.
