I enjoy making stoneware functional and decorative ceramics and like to have a free and fluid attitude to it often working intuitively without limits on the theme or style. I make most of my work at my kitchen table and make commissioned work in a community studio. I thrive on the mutual creative support with other ceramicists: discussing ideas is a fundamental part of my process. I sometimes draw upon past Printmaking studies by printing onto clay using lino plates and underglaze like ink.
