Guidelines:
All advertising material to be supplied as high resolution (300 DPI ) PDFs to the following specifications :
Full page: 148 x 210 mm (portrait only)
Half page: 105 x 148 mm (landscape only)
Quarter page: 74 x 105 mm (portrait only)

Six for price of five offer: If payment is received a year upfront for the price of 5 adverts, a complimentary one is given.
Clients are sent proof to approve before publication
A magazine is delivered to clients when published
There is both a printed magazine and an on-line version which goes to all LP’s membership (2/3 London based) as well as those abroad.
Advertising | Deadlines:
Dec/Jan > 4 Nov
Feb/Mar> 3 Jan
April/May> 4 March
June/July> 3 May
Aug/Sept> 3 July
Oct/Nov > 3 Sept
Payment terms:
All adverts will be invoiced on the 15th of the proceeding month, in line with printing dates (eg for the Dec/Jan issue the invoices will be sent out on the 15th Nov.)
Payments to be made to the account set out in the invoice within 30 days of the invoice date.
Cancellation policy:
Renewal notices for annual plans will be sent out at the start of the month proceeding the invoice date for publication (eg at the start of Oct for Dec/Jan publication). All cancellations must be received in writing at this time to enable enough time for spaces to be filled prior to the deadline.
For advertisers who pay on a rolling bi-monthly basis 2 months notice is required before publication date (eg at the start of Jan for March publication) .
All cancellations should be notified to the editor at magazine@londonpotters.com and the treasurer at treasurer@londonpotters.com.
There will be no refunds for adverts placed and paid for in advance.
Should advertisers wish to move from bi-monthly rolling invoicing to annual invoicing (to take advantage of the 6 issues for the cost of 5 offer) the treasurer requires notice as set out above.
