Jill Sutcliffe

I make contemporary ceramic sculptures: influenced by form and movement found in both nature and architecture. I work mainly with stoneware in order to produce frost-resistant pieces. I use a variety of methods which include pulling, coiling, slap building, and pinching. Each sculpture is unique and finished with my own glazes.
