Path and Inspiration
Dawn is a ceramic artist who is based in Berkshire,England. She discovered her love for clay while pursuing a BA Hons in fine art practice.Dawn is intrigued by the messages that nature is trying to send us and by how we are connected to it. Whether it was a chance encounter with a robin or the impression of the great night sky. Each encounter has a message or emotion that is interpreted in her work.Process and Practice
To give each piece its distinct personality, each piece is hand built using Hasraf Hannah or terracotta clay and a variety of glazes and underglazes.
