My inspiration comes from a dialogue between memory, emotion, and place, exploring the textures of lived experience and the stories embedded in personal and collective histories. Through my works narrative qualities, I hope to invite the viewer into emotional landscapes, evoking layered, dreamlike storytelling.
Process and Practice
Generally working in textured slab build forms, I am trying to capture something of the interplay of safety and displacement, revealing how environments shape identity and connection. In this way, my work not only reflects deeply personal experiences but also invites viewers to journey through their own stories, finding resonance in shared human experiences.
