Path and Inspiration
Unable to access our printmaking studios during lockdown, I discovered an old dry bag of clay and a love for 3D, lost along the way. I had mostly been making prints (etching, lino and silkscreen) as well as drawing with pastels, but have now found the pleasure and challenge of going around and around. Adapting a pastel drawing of a garden on to a borderless support has extended my visual thinking. i have recently been inspired by the pictures of Matisse and designs by Miro.Process and Practice
