Path and Inspiration
I have worked at designing and making serve ware and tableware that is sturdy while at the same time pretty and useful. I am inspired by seasonally changing colour palettes along with the organic fluidity of flowers and blossom. My aim is to produce tableware that sits happily in an eclectic mix on the table or stacks within my varied designs to create pleasing table scapes that will enhance the beauty of food and the gatherings that happen at the table.Process and Practice
Most of my pottery is slabbed. I use english white stoneware in order to bring out the best in my range of colourful glazes. I currently work in a small studio at Oxo Tower Wharf where my space is open to the public for meeting and shopping.
