Path and Inspiration
I make both functional and sculptural objects which have an evident touch of the human hand. Drawn to simple forms, I try to embrace the beauty of irregularity and imperfection. My work is inspired by shapes and textures in the urban and natural world around me. I am also inspired by the Japanese masters, both traditional and modern.I am self-taught and started my practice 4 years ago, working from my studio in East London (Turning Earth) and occasionally from my hometown of Lodz, Poland.Process and Practice
My work is almost exclusively hand built. Every piece is quite individual, meaning there will always be a small detail that will be unique to the particular time and place in which it's been created.
