Path and Inspiration
I developed my interest in ceramics while working as a holistic therapist in Mumbai, India. Initially, it was more therapeutic than commercial. I then took a few workshops in Mumbai. As I was learning and developing my skills in hand-building and throwing, I understood I further desire to develop in ceramics and that's how my journey began. I now live in Bournemouth and I have a small studio space in our home.Process and Practice
I use slab and coiling to build my forms. My focus is to make my forms as light as possible. I further like to play with forms by making alterations. I use various surface decorative technique. Paperresstis, slip trailing. sgraffito to name a few.
