Path and Inspiration
Having studied architecture, PP has always been driven towards the social impact of this field. Having worked and grown in the luxury fashion retail interior and architecture for +10y, he was exposed to work and learn with material artists for designing and making bespoke pieces for retails boutiques. Now having left this sector, he is working with clay and planning to engage as a collective, in a sustainable social project with India based rural potter communities to sustain their heritage.
Process and Practice
The ideal practice is to work in collaboration, in the aim to extract deeper ideas and shape them up.
Intended to provoke emotions are key to any creation, accompanied with scale/pattern/texture. These would often be themed with historical or current events or social behavior.
