I make functional table-ware in porcelain, thrown on the wheel, and decorated with slips and underglaze colours.
The forms are simple and elegant; decoration is contemporary in style, with layers of brush-work and linear detail.
Some sources of inspiration: Turkish ceramics, Japanese tea-bowls, and forms/colours observed in nature.
