I’m creating a series of quiet, reflective, porcelain sculptures exploring the subtlety of light and shadow across a surface. Origami’s minimalist aesthetic has been the inspiration behind this the work. The making process is slow and contemplative. Paper clay is rolled into thin sheets and each facet is hand cut.
