This new collection is called “Removing Veils” and it has been inspired by my continuous search for self-improvement and a Japanese technique of folding clay called Miura.
The pieces have been made on the wheel and altered with the Miura technique,
I use stoneware and black clay to build the pieces and they have been decorated with double glazing
