Addressing issues of waste, repurposing, ownership and the passing of time, Helen takes discarded found objects makes them into sprig moulds and puts them at the centre of her work. The sprigs are used as decoration on a range of thrown and altered lidded vessels in a variety of shapes and sizes. The vessels are made in stoneware and finished with a coloured glaze that accentuates the raised decoration.
