London born ceramic artist Jonquil Cook produces highly decorative and functional ceramic pieces from her studio in south London. Thrown and handbuilt stoneware forms are adorned with detailed sgraffito carvings. Apprenticeships and training in Hanga wood-cut printmaking, alongside careful observation of the natural environment, have fed her current practice.
