I am a Black British mixed-media artist who specialises in creating sculptural ceramics, gestural drawings and abstract paintings.
I tend to create thrown and hand built sculptural/decorative stoneware ceramics that begins as a sketch or a watercolour painting to explore different colour combinations and forms.
I’m currently creating a series of sculptural stoneware ceramic works, which explores co-existing with a medical condition. I’m keying onto my experience of having fibroids as a prompt.
