I am a versatile artist, and finally discovered ceramics 4 years ago, and fell in love. As I continue to learn, I am drawn to throwing gradually larger pots, and carving them. I love the organic qualities of clay, while having to bend to its strict physical characteristics. I find there is a sweet spot where the two can meet aesthetically, which I attempt to reflect in the shapes of my pots and the designs of my carvings.
